How do I make an appointment on your website?
To book online, navigate to the ‘Book Now’ section on the top right of any page. If you’re a new client and haven’t visited WOW LASH! before, go to the ‘New Clients’ section. If you’re an existing client, head to the ‘Returning Clients’ section. Follow the steps to choose your service, preferred date, and time.
Are there different types of Eyelash Extensions I can choose from?
Yes! Our Eyelash Salon offers the following eyelash extension options;
Classic Eyelash Extensions, for a more natural looking eyelash. Subtle, yet elegant.
If you feel Classic Lashes aren’t full enough, we recommend upgrading to either Hybrid Lash Extensions or Russian Volume Eyelash for a more dramatic look.
Do you only provide eyelash extensions, or do you offer other services like eyelash tinting, eyebrow shaping, male eyebrow waxing, or brow lamination?
Yes, we offer a variety of services beyond eyelash extensions!

Can I make a last-minute booking online?
Yes, last-minute bookings are available. However, to secure your preferred time and date, we recommend booking at least three days in advance.
Is there an option to reserve a specific stylist or technician?
Absolutely. While booking online, include a note with your preferred artist. This helps us schedule your appointment with your chosen stylist.
Do you accept walk-in appointments, or is it by reservation only?
Walk-ins are welcome if an artist is available. However, to avoid inconvenience, we recommend calling ahead before walking in.
Is there a waitlist option if my preferred time slot is unavailable?
Yes, we offer a waitlist. Let us know at least 12–24 hours before your desired time slot so we can notify you if a spot becomes available.
Can I book for a group? If so, how many people qualify as a group booking?
Yes, group bookings are available. When booking, mention the group details (e.g., for weddings or friends). If no group appointment slots are visible, email us at hello@woweyelashes.com.au or call 0468 725 933.
Is there a booking fee or deposit required for appointments?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a $45 cancellation fee.
Do you have any special promotions or discounts for online bookings?

What is the difference between a lash lift and eyelash extensions?
A lash lift curls and lifts your own natural lashes from the root, giving your eyes a more open, defined look without adding any artificial lashes. Eyelash extensions, on the other hand, attach individual synthetic lashes to each of your natural lashes to add length, volume, and curl. A lash lift is lower maintenance and a great option if you prefer a natural result, while extensions offer more dramatic customisation. At WOW LASH in Cremorne, we offer both services — our team can advise which is right for your natural lash type during your consultation.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
With proper aftercare, eyelash extensions at WOW LASH typically last 3–4 weeks before a refill is recommended. Because extensions shed naturally with your own lash cycle, most clients book a refill every 3 to 4 weeks to keep their lashes looking full and fresh. Our premium-quality lashes and LED adhesive technique help maximise retention between appointments.
What is a Korean lash lift — and how is it different?
Our Korean lash lift technique uses a specially formulated low-pH solution that is gentler on the lash fibre compared to traditional lash lift products. This results in a more natural, long-lasting lift without damaging your natural lashes. The freestyle application method allows our artists to customise the curl and direction to suit your eye shape, rather than using a fixed rod. WOW LASH is one of the few salons in Sydney offering this technique.
How long does a lash lift last?
A lash lift at WOW LASH typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how well you follow aftercare instructions. Unlike eyelash extensions, lash lifts require no refills — your lashes simply grow out naturally. We recommend booking again after 5 to 6 weeks for a fresh lift.

We will also give you our honest professional advice on whether the style is the best fit for your eye shape, face structure, and lifestyle, so you always leave looking and feeling your best.
Are lash extensions expensive?
We understand that lash extensions can feel like a big investment. At Wow Lash, we work with you to find the best solution for your lifestyle and budget. Our artists will provide honest advice on the most suitable lash style and maintenance routine to help you get the best results while keeping costs manageable. We’re here to make beautiful lashes accessible for everyone.
How long does a full lash set take?
A full lash set typically takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on the style and volume you choose. We recommend allowing plenty of time so your artist can work carefully and deliver the best possible result. Good lashes are never rushed.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream. Avoid caffeine beforehand if possible as it can cause eye movement during the application. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them before your appointment. Other than that, simply relax and let us take care of the rest.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 3 to 4 weeks before a infill is recommended, as your natural lashes shed through their growth cycle. To keep your lashes looking full and fresh, we suggest booking an infill every 2 to 3 weeks. With the right aftercare, your lashes will stay beautiful for longer.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a trained professional, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes at all. At WOW LASH, our artists are specialists who follow precise techniques to protect the health of your natural lashes. We also provide full aftercare advice to help you maintain them properly between visits.
I have sensitive eyes — can I still get lashes?
Yes, in most cases you can. We use high-quality, professional-grade products that are suitable for sensitive eyes. We always recommend letting your artist know about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment so we can tailor the treatment accordingly. If you have any concerns, a patch test can be arranged prior to your visit.

Located conveniently at 350 Military Road in Cremorne, our salon is perfectly positioned to serve clients from across the Lower North Shore and beyond. Many of our regular visitors come from nearby suburbs including Neutral Bay, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Mosman, Willoughby, and Cammeray, as well as surrounding areas like Northbridge, Greenwich, Northwood, Castle Cove, Balgowlah, and the Sydney CBD.
We’re situated between McDonald’s and The Hayden Orpheum Cinemas, offering easy access and ample parking on Parraween Street (just off Military Road via Winnie Street). If you’re travelling by public transport, our salon is only steps from the nearest bus stop, with direct connections to the CBD and the Yellow B-line (B1 or route 100), making your visit convenient no matter where you’re coming from.
