In the early days, Jasmine did a wonderful job looking after me but there were times when I couldn't get a suitable appointment so I began seeing lovely Yuki every 4-6 weeks (as long as my budget allows) for lash extensions. Yuki is meticulous and takes great care ensuring she uses the perfect amount of product (lashes and glue). I have sensitive eyes yet they never feel irritated nor does the glue feel crunchy. I like a more natural look so choose the 2D Hybrid; they are nice and full but never look "over done" so to speak. We all know beauty services are pricey and sometimes the time between my appointments is longer than ideal. That said, by the time I do get to the next appointment, the remaining lashes still look and feel good. IME, 95% of the time, the artist is waiting for the customer to arrive yet appointments are never rushed and I always receive the allocated time. Make sure you book at least a week in advance as it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment with some artists. If you want a second service straight after the first, make it two. The online booking platform is easy to use, Jasmine sometimes offers promotions and gives little gift vouchers for your birthday and christmas.
The entrance to the shop is flat which makes it easily accessible for people in wheelchairs or those with special mobility needs.

What's the after care for a lash lift?

24 HOURS POST TREATMENT:

Be gentle with your lashes and avoid rubbing or touching them.
Avoid water, heat, and steam, which includes steamy showers, saunas, swimming, solariums, blow-drying your hair, spray tanning, working out, and facials for the first 24-48 hours.
For the first 24 hours, do not apply mascara, oils, or any other products to your lashes.
For the first 24-48 hours, avoid sleeping in a position that puts pressure on your lashes.

DAILY MAINTENANCE:

Be gentle with your lashes and avoid excessively rubbing them, especially when removing mascara. Use a face cloth and warm water to loosen and gently remove mascara. Avoid using makeup wipes.
You may use mascara, but make sure to apply the Keratin Aftercare Serum (provided in your aftercare kit) before applying mascara. We sell keratin aftercare serum at our salon.
Avoid using waterproof mascara as it can be dehydrating on your lashes and difficult to remove.
Be cautious when using false lashes. You can use false lashes with a lash lift, but take extra care to ensure that the glue is not applied to the lashes as this will negatively affect your results. It can be challenging to wear false lashes, so it’s best to avoid them if possible.
Do not use oils or rich facial products on your lashes as they may weaken your lash lift over time.
Use the lash brushes provided by us to brush your lashes daily.
Apply Keratin Aftercare Serum daily to maintain optimal results and healthy lashes. The serum hydrates and nourishes your lashes, which is key to beautiful and lasting results, and promotes thicker, fuller, stronger, and longer lashes.

What is your cancellation policy?

No Show Policy:
Failure to cancel or attend an appointment within 24 hours will be considered a ‘No Show”.
Deposit for Extended Treatments:
– For treatments requiring more than two hours, especially for procedures like eyebrow tattooing, a 50% deposit of the total service fee is required. If a late cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee will apply.
Late Cancellation Policy:
– Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, termed “late cancellations,” will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee. This policy also applies to appointments booked within the 24-hour period.
