Lash Lift or Korean Lash Lift
If you’re seeking something low-maintenance and easy to maintain, a Lash Lift is the perfect option for you. It lifts your natural lashes, giving them a beautiful curl. Typically, the results last four to 6-7 weeks, depending on your lash growth rate.
After the treatment, it’s best to avoid mascara for 48 hours and refrain from touching your lashes for a full day. This ensures that the lift sets into shape properly, allowing you to fully enjoy the results of the treatment.

Meet Principal Jasmine, the founder of WOW LASH ! established at 2019. With a strong background in the beauty industry, Jasmine brings exceptional quality and dedication to everything she does. She completed her Diploma in Aesthetics in Malaysia in 2020 and has since become known for her expertise in lash and brow services.
Jasmine is a multi-award-winning lash and brow artist, recognised especially for her mastery in volume lash techniques and master classic . She has had the privilege of working with high-profile clients including Rita Ora, Tessa Thompson, and Sabrina Elba.
Her passion for brows and lashes goes beyond technique—customer service and premium product quality are always her top priorities. Jasmine personally trains her team with a strong focus on consistency, ensuring that every client receives the same high standard of care and results.

Manager Yuki
Yuki is our dedicated manager at WOW LASH, bringing over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry. She specialises in volume lashes and is a true expert in lash lifts.

As the manager of WOW LASH, Yuki not only oversees the day-to-day operations of the salon, but she also supports the team with additional training and guidance whenever needed—always striving to maintain our high standards.

Yoko is a qualified beauty therapist, having graduated from Ella Baché College of Skin & Beauty Therapy in Australia. She’s known for her calm, steady approach and expert technique. Yoko specialises in eyebrow shaping and waxing, and her gentle, precise brow waxing has made her a favourite among many of our clients.
Her dedication to high-quality service and attention to detail truly reflects the WOW LASH standard.
Yoko also brings a positive energy to the salon and always has a smile on her face. She absolutely loves to travel back to her hometown in Japan—so if you’re planning a trip, be sure to ask her for tips! She’s got plenty of local recommendations to share.

How do I prepare for my lash extension appoinment?
- Wear Comfortable Clothing:
– Opt for comfortable attire. Since your session involves laying down for 60 to 90 minutes in a relaxing environment with dimmed lights and soft music, comfortable clothes enhance your overall experience. - Remove Contacts
– For optimal comfort, remove your contacts before the eyelash extension application. With closed eyes during the process, this ensures a more relaxed and natural state for your eyes.
– Make sure to thoroughly remove all makeup, including waterproof mascara, before your eyelash extension appointment. This ensures a clean natural lashes for the application process and helps in achieving optimal results After Your Appointment:
Avoid Water and Steam
– In the first 48 hours post-application, refrain from unnecessary contact with water or steam. This precaution allows the bond between the semi-permanent lashes and your natural lashes to set properly.
What is your cancellation policy?
- No Show Policy:
Failure to cancel or attend an appointment within 24 hours will be considered a ‘No Show”. - Deposit for Extended Treatments:
– For treatments requiring more than two hours, especially for procedures like eyebrow tattooing, a 50% deposit of the total service fee is required. If a late cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee will apply. - Late Cancellation Policy:
– Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, termed “late cancellations,” will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee. This policy also applies to appointments booked within the 24-hour period. - Appointment Reminders
– Courtesy reminders are sent 48 hours in advance via SMS (0468 725 933) and email (hello@woweyelashes.com.au)
To the contact details provided during the appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in the slot being allocated to another client or may leave the appointment unsecured. - Late Arrival Policy:
– In case of late arrival, the total price of the scheduled service(s) will be charged, even if there is insufficient time to complete them. - Booking Privilege Loss:
– Clients with multiple instances of no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lose their booking privileges. - Applicable Taxes:
– Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted, with no exceptions.
Note: We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, including last-minute emergencies, may arise. In such cases, we are committed to doing our best to accommodate rescheduled appointments or cancellations. Nevertheless, we emphasize that it remains the client’s responsibility to communicate any such situations promptly. Do you have a refund policy?
WOW LASH does not provide refunds in the form of cash or credit into an account.
